Requirements to Enter Canada

All persons entering Canada must have a valid passport and meet several other eligibility criteria.  Depending on your country of origin, you may need a visa to legally enter Canada. Please check the list of countries and territories whose citizens require visas in order to enter Canada as visitors. Transportation from the Vancouver International Airport

Via transit :

Transit is the most economical form of transport to the hotels. The new Canada Line runs directly from the Vancouver International Airport to the Waterfront Station. The fare is $3.75 CAD. The Westin and Pacific Palisades Hotels are a 10 minute walk from Waterfront station. The Congress is also seeking sponsorship funds to provide a shuttle from Waterfront station to the hotels.

Via Taxi :

A taxi ride downtown will cost about $25-30 CAD. All taxis that serve the airport are required to accept credit cards. The taxi ride is usually under 30 min.

Power outlets

Canada uses the same NEMA 5-15 power outlets as the United States.  Please bring the appropriate adaptors to ensure your electrical equipment will function properly.
